The water quality issue due to e-coli should have been communicated proactively!!! Also, the lack of dining options provided by the front desk was disappointing, especially when local restaurants were closed.

Charming place close to everything!
I stayed for 1 night in the Queen Room, and it was really pleasant. The room was small but super clean and comfy. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch in the peaceful setting. Would've liked a bit more counter space in the bathroom though.

Families will find it cozy enough
The little porches were a nice touch we enjoyed sitting on after a long day. The room was clean and the bathroom, even if a bit too spacious for my liking, had hot water and was well maintained.
Wasn't inexpensive but didn't break the bank either.

We had a fantastic time at this motel. It was clean and cozy, perfect for our family with two kids and my nephew. The little BBQ area was a hit, allowing us to grill one evening as we enjoyed some outdoor games on the lawn. Great location for Burney Falls.
My children wanted better breakfast options.

My stay was enjoyable, with easy access to local attractions like Dragon Palace just a few steps away and the beautiful Annas County Kitchen a short walk, making it perfect for my leisurely city strolls. the rooms were clean and comfortable, which made returning to a cozy space after a day of exploration all the more pleasant, though the shower could be a bit small for tall guests but it still got the job done well.
